Catherine McFarlane
I was born in Scotland, but adopted Barcelona as my home in 1991 when I came here and started my career in EFL. Seven years ago I took the opportunity to move to Brazil and then also taught and trained in London and more recently Budapest. It's always lovely to be back and am really looking forward to the July CELTA. My hobbies are travelling, photography, reading and enjoying good food and the company of friends.

I have worked in Egypt, Spain, New Zealand, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Yemen and United Arab Emirates in a number of roles. I enjoyed living and working in Barcelona for 7 years and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to come back this summer to work on a CELTA, in the most beautiful city in the world. Later I will be moving on to Shanghai for the next adventure. My passion is travel and everything that comes with it.
